Frank Justin is very sneaky. The sales manager Ernie tried to add on $2500 in charges. Part of these charges were for some kind of "coating" they allegedly put in the car, which The sales manager Ernie tried to add on $2500 in charges. By the time I got on the interstate I was given a warning not to drive the vehicle becauses the oil was overfilled. In addition there were 2 recalls on the vehicle, one being a major overhaul or replacement of the master cylinder. Frank also offered me an interest rate higher than Achieva Credit Union was willing to offer me. This after I directly asked them if I financed for a shorter period would the interest rate be lower and Frank said no, when Achieva later confirmed there was a lower rate offered. When I told Frank I wanted to just pay case he told me the financing had already gone through. It was so unbelievable I had to call Achieva and ask them to stop the financing process as I just paid cash for the vehicle. Achieva confirmed no one had processed anything as they had been out of office for the New Year several days. (Another contradiction from Frank the finance guy.) The vehicle had too much oil in it, so it was not safe to drive home. Frank then asks why I am asking to speak to the GM! The GM was terrific and straightened everything out. My local Lakeland BMW dealer took care of the recalls, gave me a loaner, and picked up and delivered the vehicle. More
