Do not walk away, Run! ! I will try to be brief, but will start with when I made the deal and went to pick up the car although I did all the paper work on line, it was never ! Just gets worse from here. As I live out of state, they could not issue me a temp tag because they never paid of the previous owners loan. They had to go pay the loan off and then could issue a temp tag. Bought the car July 8 23, after this it took them over 60 days to finally get me plates. I know, I should have just brought hot the car back to them, but unfortunately, I really like the car. I did go back to them in September and was so upset, I was going to leave it, but I was reassured they would get it done. And to their credit, they actually got me the plate about 1 week to 10 days later. BTW its is a BMW. So I ended up with a glitch in the transfer case. Something that BMW would have to resolve. 853 dollars later, it was resolved. Unfortunately by this time , I was 700 miles over my 3000 3 month warranty. Do you think they would help out. not a Chance. In fact the GM would not return my calls. I had to go visit them again. For him to say No! Not for. Nothing, but I live 2 hours from the dealership. I have been buying new cars on average of every two to three years for the last 43 years and by far this is the worse dealership ever. Again RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! More
