As always, the overall experience was fantastic. Specifically, I got an appointment fairly quickly, and they finished before expected. For years, I had always dealt with the same service coordinator Specifically, I got an appointment fairly quickly, and they finished before expected. For years, I had always dealt with the same service coordinator. When I found out, he no longer works at the dealership, I was a little anxious about this visit. Thankfully, the dealership did well in hiring Amber. In spite of having my guard up, she quickly won me over with just the right mix of friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness.
