I have a 2005 LR3 with over 160,000 miles on it. I have exclusively used Land Rover in Tacoma for service and repairs because of their continued high level of customer service and quality of workmanship. Matt Malich in Service is very informative and wonderful at accommodating specific needs regarding time or scheduling. He ensures that I am not inconvenienced by providing very nice loaner cars and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair. I am very pleased with my experiences over the years with this dealership. They are exceptional. More

When we finally found the right car, it was at Jaguar of Tacoma almost 400 miles away. The salesman we worked with was very professional and straightforward, and our experience was very positive. We found the people at the dealership to be honest, helpful, knowledgable and unassuming; no misleading statements. I felt I got a quality vehicle that met all of my needs. Our experience was well worth the travel and I would recommend this dealership. More
Don't be fooled by there fancy exterior and the cookies and soda. This is just to draw you in to make you believe that they care and are going out of there way to treat you right. After going in for a regular oil change the Assitant Manager Service Writer came back to tell me I was leaking oil and it would cost me over $1000. I have not had any problems with my car and they seem to pull this kind of stunt to make a commission off of me. I went to another place and found that I had no leaks and everything checkout with my car. Jaguar of Fife, is not in it for the customer but to make a buck out of you. They act like a sleezy auto mechanic with a fancy exterior facade. I will not be coming back to have my car serviced with them. Do yourself a favor and pass on the cookies and soda. More
I'm surprised to be the first to rate this business because I know I can't be the first to be disappointed. I have a whole laundry list of complaints from their service department. The latest, they "fixed" something that was not broken, cleared the fault codes and sent me on my happy way after forking over a huge sum of money. They did everything possible to not do work under warranty. I broke down 10 miles later. After discussing the issue I was basically dismissed and told too bad. I’m still working this issue and will be taking it to the States’ Attorney Generals office for criminal business practice. My personal favorite; I paid $250 for a full detail job on a 2004 Land Rover Disco. They returned the car back to me. The interior looked good, the driver side was washed and waxed but the passenger side was untouched and filthy. I was the best man in a wedding and was driving the groom around all weekend like this. I didn't even know that only one half of the vehicle was done until it was pointed out to me at the wedding rehearsal. The most sickening, I went in for an oil change. When I received the car back there was a big bloody streak on the interior driver side door panel. xxx people....! Beware. They are not BBB accredited. More
