I have purchased a 2010 LR4 and 2011 LR4 and still have both! Clarence and the dealer were very good to work with and were accommodating in every way!! This dealership exudes the outstanding professionalism I have looked for all my life. I am treated like family whether I am buying/leasing a new car or in need of service. In essence, we are more than satisfied every time we come in. Quality and customer service are the best I have seen in my 40 years of driving and our needs are treated as number 1. Even though all customers are treated as number 1, Matt, Clarence, Rudy and the rest of the gang always consider our convenience and our situation as their priority at the time we come in. They also anticipate our needs before we know it. We could not ask for a better car family to deal with. People must be flocking in to buy/lease or service their new cars. Thank you...we appreciate it. Down below where it asks how I heard of this dealership I said "other" because I drove in years ago with our 1987 Jaguar and was immediately treated as a long time family member. We have since had several new cars from this family and it just keeps getting better. They are still the only ones to care for our 87 Jag, as well. More

Land Rover/Jaguar of Tacoma always took great care of me, as a busy professional. Whether it was Shane squeezing me in for a simple oil change while I was driving from Tacoma to Seattle, or more serious wor as a busy professional. Whether it was Shane squeezing me in for a simple oil change while I was driving from Tacoma to Seattle, or more serious work on the car and getting me a Jaguar loaner for multiple days while my care was in the shop. Range Rovers can be a bit of a pain to maintain, and are very costly, which is the only reason I gave a 4 (Good) rating above. However, anyone who gets into a care like that understands the potential costs associated with maintenance and repairs. It was just very reassuring to know that the folks at Jaguar Land Rover of Tacoma took care of their customers, and especially the ones spending thousands of dollars a year in repairs and maintenance (the last thing any busy professional needs is someone trying to squeeze a $25 per day rental fee on a $1,000 job). Please accept this highest recommendation. More
I have taken my car here for almost 3 years now and the service that Shane gives is always wonderful. I feel like I can trust what he says. Matt Malich, my service representative at Landrover dealership of Fife (near Tacoma), is amazing. I have been in his "care" for the past 9 years since the purchase of my Landrover. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and truly takes care of me. I am a military wife and generally on my own, and Matt takes extra care to be sure that my vehicle is fixed properly. If he cannot get it fixed within a short period of time, he has arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle. Matt has assisted me with the purchase of an extended warranty which was a huge benefit. I trust Matt. My son LOVES this dealership as well. They are definately "kid" friendly as well! To help mothers while they wait, they offer a small, secure room with video game and movies to choose. The hot chocolate machine is a big treat as well. I highly recommend Landrover dealership for all of your service needs. More
I am a math teacher on a limited budget who is able to drive this amazing vehicle because I am careful with my pennies. I previously had experience with other jag dealerships in Oregon. All of the ones I have been to have been professional, yet jaguar service is relatively expensive due to the nature of the beast (we do not live in England). I have found the Fife dealership to be head and shoulders about not only the other jag dealerships I have dealt with, but pretty much every other car dealership of any kind I have ever gone to for service. Matt M. in particular was excellent in my dealings with him....but he was by no means the only service representative I met and liked. All three looked out for my best interests. A typical conversation would be as follows: "Al, you have a small leak in your cooling system that will eventually cause trouble. Repairing it is pretty costly...$X (large price to me); however, it is not of immediate concern. It can wait...we'll continue to keep at eye on it for you and keep you up to date on how it is." All three also let me know what the routine service consisted of, and if I had already had part of it done elsewhere, they did not just charge me anyway--which other dealers (not jag dealers) have done. I would unhesitatingly reccomment Fife jag service to anny of my friends. I rarely do that. More

I had the chip protector put on my new car. It was recommended by Shane Frady in the service department. The protectant has lived up to everything Shane told us and has actually added value to my car recommended by Shane Frady in the service department. With the expense of new cars today, I really appreciate having someone like Shane recommend things that can protect my investment. More
