My family and myself have been purchasing vehicles from Jaguar of south orlando for over 10 years. Ive have never had a bad experience with them. I purchased a used vehicle this time and it only came with one key. They worked diligently with the individual who traded the car in to get the second key. Rene stayed in contact with the owner and finally went personally to pick up the key, and I am glad he did since those keys are very expensive to replace. Rene told me to bring in the car so they could program the key. I drove in without an appointment and Randall ( the service manager) programed the key and i was in and out in an hour. Thank you Rene and Randall again for such excellent service. More
I don’t know where to begin, but it begins with the buying process of my Jaguar. I purchased it in November 2022 I paid 25k for it. Tried trading it in 6 months after purchasing the vehicle to you guys just to see the value turns out you guys were only wanting to buy it for $14,000. Which makes me really mad to think about like how much I was ripped off. That is significantly less than what I paid for the same condition it was sold to me. My salesman Willi wasn’t the most knowledgeable about the car. He could’ve done me a favor and give me a heads up. It was just listed and the price was gonna go down a month or two once you guys are unable to sell it because these cars don’t sell very well they don’t have a high demand. This is the second time this dealership has sold my car, this exact car with this Vin number so you guys have made a quite a bit of profit off this car. The service department also did me a disservice by lying and telling me I had a leak in my antifreeze or coolant and saying that it would cost $2000 to fix it and there’s no leak. They screwed me big time gave me one key to the vehicle, had a few paint imperfections, the interior roof was stained and the buttons on the a/c console were scratched off the black paint. If I didn’t have a need for a car with starting a new job and my father suffering a stroke 1 week prior to purchasing a car, I don’t think there would be no way in xxxx I would’ve fallen for this and look like a fool. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar XE 25t premium last year with 46k miles. I feel now that some time has passed and viewing a lot more material about the car and the depreciation and resale value, I was definitely 46k miles. I feel now that some time has passed and viewing a lot more material about the car and the depreciation and resale value, I was definitely ripped off by Jaguar of South Orlando there is a rule that they do not haggle, and they offer competitive pricing. Scouring the internet for months and I have not seen any other dealership sell this car for $22,500. They might say that was last year and the market has changed, but when they are only willing to offer $14,000 for it as a trade-in, that's all you need to know. I don't regret buying the car just not at that price point I should have been patient and done my research as I was in a rush to buy a car for my job as I have been remote prior. The price would of went down as recently in the last month I saw the same type of car as mine and they were pricing it at $21,500 and no one wanted I am guessing, and they lowered it to $17,500 before removing it from the site. I don't want them to reach out to me or anything unless they would refund me some of the thousands of dollars that they ripped me off by. I believe the car was worth 17 or 18 thousand. Hopefully when I sell it in the next couple of years, I recoup some of my money. My last time dealing with the sales department at this dealership probably last Jaguar ever for me. More
I have had the worst experience with this Land Rover on Orange Blossom Trail. I have been going here for over a year since I’ve gotten my Range Rover. I got my brakes AND rotors done in my rear on Nov 2 on Orange Blossom Trail. I have been going here for over a year since I’ve gotten my Range Rover. I got my brakes AND rotors done in my rear on Nov 2022. I went in because my car was making a noise when I braked. I assumed my front brakes just need to be changed as they weren’t changed around the same time and possibly my rotors. I first want to start with the phone call I had with the receptionist who told me I can’t come in until 2 weeks because they have no availability so I asked if it is okay to drive my car for two weeks with it making this noise. She told me it is because the humidity and the Florida weather that can cause my brakes to make noises. Which that was already the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard ever but that’s not even the worst of it. I then was able to get in sooner because I had her go to a manger in regards to it and they got me in sooner. They take a look at my car and tell me I need to get all new rotors and brakes on all 4. Weird because I just got my brakes and rotors done in Nov 2022 rear end of my car and it is Sept 2023. My front ones are understandable completely but my rear when it’s only been 18k miles since then…. MANNY is his name the advisor who was assigned to me keeps telling me that it could happen and it’s actually happened to someone who bought a BRAND NEW RANGE ROVER …. That must of been a lie or maybe not even .. anyways I get my dad on the phone for me because I feel completely hopeless I can’t even trust the dealership.. my dad gets on the phone and speaks with manny. We get on the line with the manger who was super nice and helping us out and even he said that manny was incorrect. My front brakes at 6MM my back at 7MM per manny … that’s not enough to mess up my rotors which the manger agreed. Long story short if I did not get my dad involved or know about my car I would have been scammed for 3k. Absolutely disappointing especially when I am driving a car that is not cheap. I took my car and going to another dealership I am completely in shock and so disappointed. More
I have a 2018 f pace. I have had nothing but issues and recalls since the purchase. I was told they have no loaners for the rest of April. They know the issue is not good and could cause more damage. I was told I can take a shuttle or lyft 20 miles to an enterprise rental car to see if they have any available. What happens when I get there and there are none? I was also told if I breakdown I have roadside assistance. My bumper fell off 2x and was a jaguar defect. My whole system is still screwed from the day I bought the car. I was told it's my phone etc. This is absolutely ridiculous. They have been calling to buy back my car they have time for that but not for actual service customers. The person who answered was great like most of the technicians but this is absolutely ridiculous. You buy a product for name and reputation but Jaguar is the absolute the worst car I have ever had. So I have issues and it is because of the recall and I have to find my own rental car and pay for and if I don't I guess I'm just out of luck???? This car is a lemon! I'm sure they see these and will be even ruder next time I bring in. You would think with a name and price of a jaguar you would have a higher level of customer service. This is outrageous. I was told bring car in but couldn't give appt. Checked online. May 9 soonest to be seen if I book online. More

My service advisor was Chris. He was very knowledgable and told me what the service technicians would be doing for the 16,000 mile check up. They also completed a software update.
