This summer I had my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and also addressed a low battery warning indicator. During this appointment, they recharge the battery but told me if the low battery indicator came and also addressed a low battery warning indicator. During this appointment, they recharge the battery but told me if the low battery indicator came back on to bring it back and they would replace the battery under the warranty. The low battery warning indicator came back on after a few months so I made an appointment. On arrival and check in to my appointment I was told that they would have to once again test the battery, recharge then retest before it could be replaced under warranty which could take up to 5-6 hours. After about an hour I was told that the battery once again failed the test and that it would be another 2 hours to recharge and retest. I have not made arrangements for such a lengthy process since my understanding was this was going to be a simple battery replacement rather than having to perform multiple tests and/or recharges before replacement. Since I did not have the time to wait around for another 3 to 4 hours or more before it was finally deemed a battery would need replaced and then actually replacing it so the service represented said well we can wash it for you. After an hour my vehicle was finally brought around and I quickly left. Unfortunately on the drive home I noticed that most of the windows were not cleaned properly and badly streaked you so I had to wash them again by hand once I got home. So long story long, between my drive and the time at the dealership, I spent 4 hours which only resulted in a half xxx car wash, a complementary coffee and no new battery. More
It was a nightmare. Service Dept is horrible. I took my LR after a week of buying it to fix some issues. It took eight days to get it back. Lack of communication between Service Dept is horrible. Reached out several times to get the status of my LR. Couple of issues were done but kept my LR for awaiting part. They should have released my LR to me so I can use it while waiting for the part. I bought the TREK Edition but missing cable for the Yeti charger and missing manual instructions for the Refrigerator and Yeti charger. A big shout out to Eric Brooks for helping me out for the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the good work Eric Brooks, you are a big asset to the company. Thanks to Aaron, Sean Green, very helpful guys. More
