Jaguar Land Rover Riverside

Everything started out fine and I traded in my 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe for a 2022 Audi Q3 that was a trade in. Greg was our salesman and Luis (the finance manager). They both are shady salesman tha Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe for a 2022 Audi Q3 that was a trade in. Greg was our salesman and Luis (the finance manager). They both are shady salesman that sneak things into the paperwork to jack up the price. When I got home to check the paperwork they added Stargard and Clear coat at ($1,300) that was never discussed. Luis (finance Manager) added extended warranty ($4,000) and said you have 30days to decide. I called the next day because I realized he was saying I only had 3 years coverage when I had 4 and tried to talk me back into it. Really!!!! I asked him to cancel and a week later he said it still takes 3-4 weeks to give money back to Schools First, so my loan is not correct. Please DO NOT trust these guys. Schools First said they get many calls about unethical business practices from Car Sales People. It's really too bad that we have to deal with liars and cheats of the world. More

Alverez Lincoln Mercury has proven to be the absolute best service, by far, that I've encountered. Ivan, the service manager that I met years ago is still my "go to" guy when I need my car serviced.
