What a great experience!! I went to the Land Rover dealer on Route 17, and was treated like garbage. Call Land Rover of Parsippany, spoke with Craig Stanzione, who was so helpful over the phone and treated m on Route 17, and was treated like garbage. Call Land Rover of Parsippany, spoke with Craig Stanzione, who was so helpful over the phone and treated me like a real person, I was impressed. When I meet him he was professional and knew his product that there was no way I was not going to purchase a vehicle from him. I will continue to purchase vehicles, not only from Land Rover Parsippany, and Craig will be the only person I will deal with!!!!!! More

Salesman did not know his inventory and c make good on the deal. GM didn't even bother to call us back. Cashed our check with no problem, however. Salesman did not know his inventory and could not answer basic questions. The worst experience ever. Carfax was completely inaccurate. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

You mentioned that, "we are currently ranked over 97% in customer satisfaction in both sales and service ranking us one of the top dealers in the northeast as well as in the top 5% of 170 dealerships in America". What authority or entity provides the customer satisfaction ranking? Can you please forward the ranking. Will you be providing me with a price quote? He responded...... Each Land Rover dealer is ranked via sales region by LRNA, and is an internal measurement. As far as a quote, are we talking about a lease or finance? I responded..... Will you please direct me to LRNA's report that contains the rankings. I am in search of the best deal possible. I have the capacity to pay all cash, finance (top tier credit) or lease. He responded...... Have you driven the 2011 Sport yet? I... Again, will you please direct me to LRNA's report that contains the rankings. He.... Here is LRNA's phone number 800-637-6837. Please contact me when you are ready to move forward with the Sport. Well I contacted the LRNA at the number he gave me and there is no such report or rankings. I also contacted the sales manager regarding the exchange and did not receive a response. Again, You be the judge. Good luck! More
I bought a used 20003 LR discovery with 68,000 miles from Paul Miller. I was assured how the mechanics at the dealership go over the truck before they put it out for sale. It was offered at 10,995.00. I nego Paul Miller. I was assured how the mechanics at the dealership go over the truck before they put it out for sale. It was offered at 10,995.00. I negotiated a price to 10,500.00. I had the truck not even 3 weeks and put on less than 500 miles driving only around locally when my dashboard lit up like a xmas tree. I brought it in for service to the dealership as NJ lemon law requires dealers to have a 1000 mile full warranty on used car sales. My service director called me that evening saying the truck needs a new wiring harness and some parts for the anti lock brakes that total $2500.00. I told him the truck was just bought and the warranty would cover the work. He calls back 30 min later to tell me that since i have a price different than what was advertised ( who pays sticker price on any car???? )I signed a piece of paper ( i signed probably 10 different times on various sheets of paper when i closed the purchase ) that put the vehicle " as is " and they would not fix the vehicle under warranty. I do recall signing it as the finance guy said " its a used car you know about the warranty " I did not know i was waving a right the state NJ grants used car buyers, I thought he was talking about the 4 yr 50,000 mile that the factory puts on their trucks. Nope. It did not matter that I previously bought a new rover from Paul Miller or that I will be in the market for a new one next year. They made their sale and that is it. I will/would never purchase or service my vehicle from this dealership as management/ownership has short term objective, their profits. More
In December on the comcast auto's for sale channel I saw a Landrover Freelander,I was interested and drove fro EB upto the dealership to check out the car, from beginning to end the salesmen Jose Lodi was a Landrover Freelander,I was interested and drove fro EB upto the dealership to check out the car, from beginning to end the salesmen Jose Lodi was straight forward and didn't dodge questions. I purchased the car and the extended warranty, even though this was the Cheapest car they had for sale they have treated me like a one in a million customer, their service on the warranty far excedes service I've received when I purchased a brand new car. Even whena problem occured they acted with quickly and kept my needs and concerns in the forefront. Bravo Paul Miller a car dealer that delivers what they promise.J.Sundbye More
I had been looking for a used (2005-2007) Altima, Corolla or Civic for about a month or so & I saw a lot of cars & a lot of dealerships in that time. Many times both the cars & the dealers left a lot to be or Civic for about a month or so & I saw a lot of cars & a lot of dealerships in that time. Many times both the cars & the dealers left a lot to be desired. One day I was searching on the Web for the 3 models & I came across a listing for a 2005 Altima that Paul Miller Land Rover of Parsippany (PMLR). The price & mileage looked good, so I took a ride out there to look at the car. The car was as described (actually better because it was very clean). That first trip I only looked, never spoke to anyone because of 2 reasons-first I had an appointment at another dealership & second I had a 1998 Tracer that I wanted to use as a trade on the deal-as I looked at the cars they were selling at the 3 Paul Miller dealerships that are adjacent & across Route 46-Audis, Range Rovers, Bentley’s, Porches-I was little hesitant about asking them to take a 1998 Tracer as a trade. I think the Altima I was looking at was the 4th cheapest car they had for sale, so I figured, ‘what kind of service am I going to get from them?’ I figured none. I figured very, very wrong. The next day I went back to PMLR spoke with a salesman, took the car for a test drive, looked it over again & they evaluated my trade. The price they were asking for the Altima 2.5S was already very attractive-$12,995. They offered $1100 for the trade. With a little prodding from me they brought the deal down to a total of $12,800-that included the Altima minus the trade for the Tracer, tax, tags & documentation fees, everything-This was a cash deal & that was the amount the check I gave them was for. A good price (which I feel it was) wasn’t the only thing that impressed me with PMLR-the salesman Ed was terrific, never pressured, never made one of those ‘I can give it to you if you sign now’ speeches. He was polite, spent a lot of time with me & never made me feel like I was buying the 4th cheapest car he had on the lot. I signed the deal on Saturday. I went back on Monday to pick up the car. The dreaded meeting with the guy who tries to sell you all sorts of things after you make your deal was coming-I thought; this is where they’re going to get me, or at least make me suffer through it-wrong again. Tom explained the add-ons to me & did it quickly (extended warranty, tire hazard coverage etc.) Once again there was no pressure put on me & to tell you the truth it made me start asking questions about the extended warranty, which I may actually get. I’ve been buying cars for about 40 years now & never have I felt this good about a car purchase, nor have I been treated as well as I was at PMLR. If you find a good buy there via the Web or in an advertisement give them a chance-I think you’ll be surprised too. BTW, the showroom & the rest of the employees there were excellent also. More
