Absoulutely Awesome I've had a 97' Defender 90, 01' Discovery II, 05' LR3, 01' Range Rover and now 06' Range Rover. I've purchased these vehicles from different deale I've had a 97' Defender 90, 01' Discovery II, 05' LR3, 01' Range Rover and now 06' Range Rover. I've purchased these vehicles from different dealers and when we met the people at the Parsippany location we knew we would never change. Their customer service is by far second to no one. FIRST TIME SERVICE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN A DAY, ALTHOUGH IT ONLY NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE A TIRE REPAIR. TIRE REPAIR, TIRE HAD A NAIL IN IT AND IT WAS REPAIRED BY PUTTIN SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN A DAY, ALTHOUGH IT ONLY NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE A TIRE REPAIR. TIRE REPAIR, TIRE HAD A NAIL IN IT AND IT WAS REPAIRED BY PUTTING A PLUG IN THE TIRE. AS I STATED WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE THAT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THAT DECISION. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME, I TRAVEL ABOUT 120 MILES A DAY AND DON'T THINK THAT THE PLUG WILL NOT LAST. I HAVE THE TIRE INSURANCE ON THE CAR AND WAS TOLD WHEN PURCHASED THAT IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY TIRES OF THE RIMS THEY WOULD BE REPLACED. WHICH I AM SURE WILL HAPPEN ANYWAY BUT IT WILL MEAN ANOTHER TRIP T THE DEALERSHIP, UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM ON THE ROAD. RUTH M ROONEY More

Looks like they want to keep the car with themselves and only sell to ELITE customers as they would please. Worst experience and racist sales person. More

Quality service from a quality dealership went in for a major service - they highlighted a couple of issues, but no push to have them addressed - they would have been happy to wait until they went in for a major service - they highlighted a couple of issues, but no push to have them addressed - they would have been happy to wait until they had to be fixed. Loaner car was ready, no issues with that. Overall, the vehicle is a premium brand and the service Dept performed like you'd expect. I'd definitely recommend these guys. More
Lost a Quick easy Sale Went into the dealership this morning with my father ready to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle on the lot(Range Rover Sport Supercharge Went into the dealership this morning with my father ready to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle on the lot(Range Rover Sport Supercharged). I was told that since I am not 21 I could not test drive the vehicle and that if the vehicle needed service I would not be able to drive a loaner. Instead of trying to accommodate me they let a quick sale walk right out the door. As a previous Mercedes and current Cadillac owner, arrangements have been made at both companies and I have been able to drive a loaner and TEST DRIVE the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Had cash in hand ready to purchase and the sale quickly fell through for these reasons. More
