From the first telephone call with Frank Orsini to driving the car away, I was treated with respect and politeness by all employees of this dealership. Frank Orsini, my salesman, was very trustworthy and knowledgeable, and worked very hard to make the entire buying experience pleasant, productive and enjoyable. The very best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Craig Lumia, Service Director, was very also super knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time explaining to me the "workings" of my Jaguar. Matt Heppler, Certified Jaguar Technician, was also very helpful in explaining some of the intricacies of my Jaquar. All employees of this dealership are upbeat, helpful and very friendly. A real TEAM! I spent a total of about 3 days at the dealership buying my Jaguar, and felt that all the employees wanted me to feel good about my experience with THEIR dealership. And they Did! Best Experience. Jacob Agin was our Sales Person. From start to finish Jacob made our purchase of a Jaguar F Type a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable (and we ask a Jacob Agin was our Sales Person. From start to finish Jacob made our purchase of a Jaguar F Type a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable (and we ask a lot of questions!), courteous to both my husband and me and brought back memories of when car buying was a pleasure. We have bought cars in Michigan, Indiana, Chicago and Miami - this was by far our best experience. Beware looking online at other dealerships. Auto Nation has bought up many of the independent dealerships - Jaguar in Ft Lauderdale and Mercedes in Miami to name two. What a shame for the autos being represented that way. We're happy we found Jacob in Naples and would highly recommend him and the dealership - very excited to enjoy our new sports car! More

This is our second time working with Austin, but certainly won’t be our last. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime, but never enjoyed the purchase experience like we have with Austin and the entire staff at this dealership. Also, we would like to say that Eric Rodes the Land Rover Jaguar Encore Specialist was so great! He was so professional and courteous while he patiently went over the vehicle features to verify that we understood everything Austin had shown us as he set up the Homelink feature. Jacob is a "Customer Service Rock Star" Jacob not only got me the best price, but in order to earn my business he drove the Range Rover to my home so my wife could see it and experience it r Jacob not only got me the best price, but in order to earn my business he drove the Range Rover to my home so my wife could see it and experience it right outside our front door. Then when it came time to take delivery, I could not make it to the dealership, so Jacob did the obvious (at least to him), he drove the Range Rover to my houme and we did all the paperwork in 5 minutes while sitting at my kitchen counter. Easy to see why, I call Jacob a "Customer Service Rock Star" More
