Great help with an unusual purchase I had been searching for a very specific Jaguar, a 2008-2009 XJR, for several months. During one of my nightly web searches I saw a new listing for o I had been searching for a very specific Jaguar, a 2008-2009 XJR, for several months. During one of my nightly web searches I saw a new listing for one of these cars on the Naples Jaguar website under a "coming soon" banner. This very desirable car can be considered a modern classic and I knew I needed to act quickly. I was out of town but early the next day I called the dealership and was connected to Anna Merriman. There were no pics and hardly any info on the website, so Anna took pics with her phone and sent them to me, along with answers to some of my questions. Over the next several hours, Anna answered even more of my questions and by the end of the day, we had completed the deal and the car was mine. When I finally saw the car a few days later, it exceeded all my expectations. Please note that the preceding comment is not an exaggeration. I am guessing it is unusual to receive a call like mine and to believe the guy on the other end is serious.
