When I call to schedule the appointment we go over what is needed with this annual appointment and if I have any concerns. He's very helpful in understanding what I mean when I'm describing my version of any issues I may have with it (rubbing/moaning noise out of steering wheel, my bumper lost a battle with the stucco on the garage when backing out of the garage...). When I bring my car in, I have his full attention in checking it in and going over what they will be doing. Picking up my car is as easy as dropping it off - my F-Pace is waiting for me, clean and beautiful and I am one happy customer. They have my loyalty because of this care, I will be looking here for my next vehicle. More

This dealership provides excellent customer service always! I just recently had my vehicle complete it's 4th year annual service and Michael Cabrera, my service advisor, went above and beyond. Michael explained all of the necessary maintenance/repairs and associated costs to me upon receipt of the vehicle and was kept up to date throughout the whole process. I was provided a detailed estimate and inspection report on my vehicle. During a test drive the service technician identified an additional two problems I was unaware of and Michael promptly called and explained the issues and the repair needed. The service department took care of both additional problems promptly! I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership and my service advisor. This dealership is about 100 miles from my home and I will bypass all local dealers to give them my business because I am treated like a valued customer every time. Michael Cabrera is a service advisor I trust and I know when my vehicle is received by him all repairs and maintenance requirement are fulfilled so I can enjoy the premium ride quality and performance as if it were the day I drove the vehicle home when brand new.
