Always helpful and welcoming I called Michael Cabrera because my "coolant level low" light went on. He had me come down immediately and had it taken care of. He arranged a loane I called Michael Cabrera because my "coolant level low" light went on. He had me come down immediately and had it taken care of. He arranged a loaner and was in and out of there so quickly. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered, so I had the loaner for the weekend. Michael is always attentive and gets things taken care of in a timely manner. I am grateful to him. More

I was at the dealership for my second year services.Was pleased to see that the Dealership is being renovated at last!!!Was a little embarrassed how tacky it looked. Amazing what being treated with Kindness & Respect is worth! I have had many small issue occur w my 2017 Jag F-Pace but I have to say how important it is to me to be treated with kindness and respect and to be I have had many small issue occur w my 2017 Jag F-Pace but I have to say how important it is to me to be treated with kindness and respect and to be listened to. Both the Service Manager David Ross and the Head Shop Foreman Ed Cozier did just that. Dave always followed up with me and Ed, the shop foreman made sure that some of the items that I had continued issues with got repaired properly. Both David and Ed are incredible and made what was a dissatisfied Jaguar Buyer into a Happy One ! More
