Impossible to get your car serviced. It took 2 months to get an appointment. We needed to drop off the car 2 hours later than our original appointment (DUE TO MY HUSBANDS CHEMO TREATME It took 2 months to get an appointment. We needed to drop off the car 2 hours later than our original appointment (DUE TO MY HUSBANDS CHEMO TREATMENT RUNNING LONG AT MAYO). Per the service manager, we needed to reschedule. We now have a new appointment for May 4th. What a joke. And, stop asking us to buy another new vehicle from your dealership. Our experience has been disappointing. More

Worst Dealer in the world. We bought a 2012 Infiniti QX56 driving it home the check engine light came on. We took it right back and they had it for two weeks (Yes, I was paying for a new car and not dri QX56 driving it home the check engine light came on. We took it right back and they had it for two weeks (Yes, I was paying for a new car and not driving it) they said it was fixed. We got it back and the next day the light was back on. So, we took it back and they have had it for a week now. Now the sales manager is refusing to fix the car because they are upside down now and not making any money off the deal. Not my problem. Don't try and sell are car that has issues and say you inspected it. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! More
