Whatever matter at hand, the gentlemen went above and beyond to rectify any issue. My happiness was their business while I was present. I have never experienced department managers lined up to greet me at my arrival until I walked into Jax Jag. They all remained professional despite me being a...handful. Lastly, not one of them cringed when I gave out gratuitous hugs after I had taken delivery. Believe me, Mick, Nas, the salesman with blue eyes who sits in the first office, and the "non-english speaking" detailer, all deserve a metal for their hand in completing the sale with a hard-bargaining, trash talker like me. Worst car buying experience ever! Drove over two hours to purchase a vehicle. I agreed to purchase the car for the price on our contract, but unfortunately I got screwed a few months l Drove over two hours to purchase a vehicle. I agreed to purchase the car for the price on our contract, but unfortunately I got screwed a few months later. I ran out of a temporary tag, not once but twice! Then was told that I they could not issue me a third one and was unable to drive my car for TWO WEEKS because I had no tags. There was zero communication whatsoever and no one ever returned my phone calls. They screwed up my total and I had to come out of pocket another $3k in taxes two months after my purchase which I found out due to me calling numerous times checking on my title. They were unapologetic, unwilling to admit to their wrong doing or even help me in any way, shape or form. The manager told me it was my problem now and not theirs. VERY unprofessional dealership! I even called Field Auto Groups which owns this company and they never returned my phone calls either. I would never purchase a vehicle from a Fields Auto Dealership, and I would never recommend any one go to this dealership. They only want to make a quick sell and will say and do whatever necessary to make it happen and then leave you in the dust once you roll off the lot. Buyers beware!! More

Carl was a nice person and his service was excellent I have visited the showroom to see if I can go for a Leased Land Rover in my budget. He was a nice person to work with and his service was really excellent. He spent sufficient time explaining all features and additional packages. We had to visit the showroom 2nd time to to finalize the deal. He once again spent couple of hours time and finally we signed the lease. He delivered the vehicle to my house next day and explained the operation of car. He also configured my account in advance so I can configure the iPhone App and start using it. The overall exp with JLR is very good. Thanks to Jesse from Finance team for his suggestions on monthly payments and thanks to the manager (forgot name) who spent time on getting the better deal for me. More

He went over all equipment in the car when I arrived and before I departed. This was one of my best car experience purchases and I have purchased 13 vehicles.
