Repeated lack of transparency and commitment to brand I am beyond frustrated with Land Rover Jacksonville. In December 2016, I took delivery of a custom ordered 2017 Range Rover Evoque from Arostocrat Lan I am beyond frustrated with Land Rover Jacksonville. In December 2016, I took delivery of a custom ordered 2017 Range Rover Evoque from Arostocrat Land Rover, Merriam, KS. In January 2018, I relocated to Tallahassee, FL. Immediately prior to my relocation, I called Land Rover Jacksonville to inquire about their service arrangements for Tallahassee customers, particularly since I had purchased a prepaid maintenance package. I was very clear that I purchased my vehicle in Kansas. I was informed that concierge services were available at no cost to the customer. After arrival in Tallahassee, I called dealership to discuss a minor service issue and was told that concierge services were not available to me since I did not purchase the vehicle at Land Rover Jacksonville. Early last month I called the dealership again to arrange for my two year service. Since concierge service was not available, I planned to drive to Jacksonville. My appointment was scheduled for 8 AM, Saturday, January 12. At the time I made the appointment, I requested a loaner vehicle. The service advisor confirmed a loaner would be provided to me. I called today to confirm my appointment and availability of the loaner. I was informed a loaner would not be made available since I did not purchase from Land Rover Jacksonville. I was told however, I could rent a car. The failure of this dealership and its representatives to provide consistent answers is beyond troubling and represents incompetence at best, or more gravely, a lack of integrity. I am also appalled by the dealership’s lack of commitment to the Land Rover brand. Regardless of where I purchased my vehicle, I expect to be treated like a Land Rover customer. More

Best car buying experience ever!!! I had the distinct pleasure of working with Naz on the lease of my new F-Type Jag. Naz is a consummate professional!! Initially worked with Naz via p I had the distinct pleasure of working with Naz on the lease of my new F-Type Jag. Naz is a consummate professional!! Initially worked with Naz via phone since I live in South Florida, but could not locate an F-Type with Manual 6 speed transmission at any dealers down here. Jaguar Jacksonville had 2 to pick from!! Naz took the time to answer all my questions & promptly returned my numerous phone calls. We were able to negotiate the entire transaction via phone, text and email without me once stepping into the dealership. Then when I arrived in Jacksonville to sign the docs, Naz once again took an inordinate amount of time reviewing all the documentation with me and explaining every feature of my new car. “Total customer satisfaction” appears to be his mantra. Can’t thank him enough for his time, patience, and willingness to work with me in structuring a phenomenal deal!!! More
