From service advisor Dan to service manager Kevin and the technicians, they carefully listened, kept me informed, and explored every option to resolve the problem. They even went above and beyond by contacting manufacturer support to ensure the best solution. In the end, they solved the issue in a very cost-effective way, and I could not be happier. I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service and my service advisor, Dan, had not documented my concerns. He failed to contact the necessary parties for repair and failed to communicate the need for a loaner vehicle. I live 3 hours away from Jacksonville. I was told that I would need to come back next month, July 7th, for the rest of the service to be completed. I voiced my concern for the poor customer service and it wasn’t taken seriously. The service advisor could care less! He acted as if he was hearing my concerns for the first time. I would advised anyone to purchase their vehicle from a dealership that respects and appreciates All of their customers. Land Rover of Jacksonville, FL employs staff who does not! More
