I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service and my service advisor, Dan, had not documented my concerns. He failed to contact the necessary parties for repair and failed to communicate the need for a loaner vehicle. I live 3 hours away from Jacksonville. I was told that I would need to come back next month, July 7th, for the rest of the service to be completed. I voiced my concern for the poor customer service and it wasn’t taken seriously. The service advisor could care less! He acted as if he was hearing my concerns for the first time. I would advised anyone to purchase their vehicle from a dealership that respects and appreciates All of their customers. Land Rover of Jacksonville, FL employs staff who does not! More
Ordered my dream car (2023 Range Rover Full Size) in early 2022 and it delivered in November of 2022. It was everything I could have expected up until it required service. The Service department is nothing short of thieves. $600 for an oil change. That was expected. Them trying to fleece me for $1900 on brakes after 16k miles was where it got criminal. Refusing to allow them to “replace, repair, etc” led me to two other opinions. Going with the second option I learned that the brake line sensor had broken off which is the reason why my “breaks need replacing” light became illuminated on my dash. Coincidentally, at the same time when taking it in to Fields they said I needed new breaks. I have principles and immediately traded my car in. I only rate this dealership as a 2 and not a 1 as to not be confused with someone who mistakenly placed a 1 thinking that was a top rating. These people are crooks! More
