They immediately ask me to stop driving the car and it was towed into the dealership. There concern for me was important and there service was excellent. I WENT TO RANGE ROVER HINSDALE , IL AND THEY WOULD CARE LESS. THEY SAID COME AFTER ONE WEEK AND A HALF AND GO RENT A CAR OUT OF YOUR PACKET AT ENTERPRISE. WHEN YOU BUY A CAR THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR CAR THEY WILL GIVE YOU A LOANER . WELL, THAT'S A COMPLETE LIE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!!!! More

Horrible experience with their service department. The coolant level light was on indicating it was low and the tire warning light was on. I have a 7am appointment on Monday, and scheduled the appointmen coolant level light was on indicating it was low and the tire warning light was on. I have a 7am appointment on Monday, and scheduled the appointment 5 days earlier. Drop the car off Sunday night so it is there on time. Wait all day Monday with no call. I call them at 7pm and leave a message. Call at 9am Tuesday morning and am told the car has not been looked at yet and cannot give me any info when it will be. I say that I had a Monday, 7am appt. and I'm told that is for them to do paperwork, not to fix the car. She will have the service advisor call me back. I call again at 1pm to check on the status. After being placed on hold, the man comes back asking if I'm calling about alternate transportation. I said I'm calling about the status of my car. He says it will be a few days. I tell him I will be there in 20 minutes to pick up my car. I arrive at the dealership and ask for my key and car. Joe comes out acting like nothing is wrong. First he says he called me on Monday, then he didn't get any of my messages. He will offer me a loaner car. I said no-give me my car back. Then he says what if he can get my car serviced faster? I say to him why aren't you doing that now. I walked out with my car. Will never go back. Too bad for them. We were considering purchasing a 2015 Range Rover at the end of the year. Probably will buy one and not from Bill Jacobs. Not under any circumstance. Poor service. I wish I could give them zero stars. One is too many. More
I am in sales and service in a different industry, so I am super-sensitive to being treated well as the client. I drive a 2010 Range Rover Sport. I had normal maintenance done on the car and Linda arrang am super-sensitive to being treated well as the client. I drive a 2010 Range Rover Sport. I had normal maintenance done on the car and Linda arranged for a new LR4 for me to drive so I wouldn't be stranded. Her thinking of things like this is why I keep coming back. When the car had an issue 3 days after this service call, I brought it back to the dealership as an emergency and Linda took care of it all. She showed great care for me and for the safety of the vehicle. She also didn't charge me for the return trip. This kind of client service breeds loyalty---big loyalty. Thank you for the great service, and thank you for Linda. Oh yes, and I LOVE the car....this is my third one! More
