Bill Jacobs Jaguar Land Rover in Hinsdale has continuously been my dealer of choice. The service department has truly looked after my vehicles that I have had through the years. A big part of my ability to make this statement is because of the stability of this dealerships ability to keep their great employees. Joe Rosone my service writer has been handling my vehicles for close to two decades. His honesty and integrity is what keeps me coming back to this dealership. Joe knows these vehicles in and out and is both understanding and compassionate of my needs as a customer. Overcharged parts by 40% over surrounding dealerships. Also told me I had to get reimbursed directly by warranty company. Warranty company said they prefer to pay dealer directly. Very nice place. People were nice. Could be better at communicating. I didnt hear anything for three days despite an appointment. An extra charge for Credit Cards People were nice.
