First time going into this dealership for a maintenance check on my Discovery. The service experience was awesome - quick, questions & inquires well addressed, arrangements for my loaner vehicle promptly c check on my Discovery. Most interesting was the very quick turnaround and keeping me updated on the status and eventually readiness of my vehicle for pickup. I completed a rating for this dealership two days ago as soon as I returned home from the dealership. The customer service rep I had was great and that's what prompted my excellent rating. Now I putting up soon as I returned home from the dealership. The customer service rep I had was great and that's what prompted my excellent rating. Now I putting up this terrible rating because I went to use my sunglasses and they are gone. I also had a pair of prescription glasses that were in the car as I use them for night driving. I had no reason to use either pair until today and that's when I noticed both were missing. If you have work done here be very careful about what you leave in your car. More
Bill was my advisor. The only thing that I didn’t like about the experience was the gentlemen that was doing the review of my car he said one thing and when I began to as The only thing that I didn’t like about the experience was the gentlemen that was doing the review of my car he said one thing and when I began to ask questions Bill advised he would discuss other concerns at this desk. Came in with less than 23000 miles on my car and got an estimate of $3700. Then the comment of this is a luxury car expensive to maintain was very condescending and it’s makes an assumption that I was not use to luxury when in fact is not the case. I don’t know what my next car is but when I can’t trust after I buy the car that I would be treated fairly and with respect it won’t be your establishment. First time coming to this dealership for regular maintenance and the service was beyond excellent. My service representative Jawad Sayal was amazing. He went over and beyond to help me understand al maintenance and the service was beyond excellent. My service representative Jawad Sayal was amazing. He went over and beyond to help me understand all the services that were going to be performed on my vehicle. He helped me tremendously on saving costs and helped me with a warranty issue that I would have no idea how to handle. He was very sincere and honest. I will definitely be coming back to Bill Jacobs Jaguar for my regular maintenances and if I have other issues with my vehicle. More
