Never understand why you have a scheduled appt 3 months in advance....and bring the car in at 8 a.m. only to tell you that they will not do the service that day, but instead might get to it Monday or Tuesd in advance....and bring the car in at 8 a.m. only to tell you that they will not do the service that day, but instead might get to it Monday or Tuesday. Granted they provided a complimentary loaner but communication was average (I had to reach out regularly to get updates) as the work performed took longer than what they had forecasted. Why schedule service appts and then cite you are at "capacity" More
