Jeff was fantastic. We were looking at used Range Rover Sports to buy or a new Sport to lease and Jeff helped take us in the direction of buying new. He was very personable, very helpful and sincerely wanted to help us get the right car. He was easy to negotiate with and made us feel taken care of. A few days after we made our purchase, we had a small problem with the car, and Dave took care of us again. He was great about calling us, answering questions. He was superb throughout the process from test driving the car, and being informative, to promptly returning my phone calls when I had questions prior to my decision to buy. I quickly decided to purchase the vehicle and he made the process extremely easy and worked for me above and beyond to help me obtain my first Land Rover. The process, although cumbersome due to Bank issues, was made easy and less painful by the team at Land Rover Hinsdale. Everyone at the dealership was polite and attentive to my needs as I completed my purchase.
