I got into an accident and towed my car to the Jaguar Hinsdale dealership. I was assigned Jawad Sayal as my service representative. He was excellent and exceptional on keeping his word and promise. I appreciate that he got me on a loaner car after a week even when they are extremely busy with repairs. Jawad was courteous and personable. I’m so happy driving my used car but feels like new. Our service advisor Mike M. is always incredible and frankly the only real reason I continue to drive past a competitor’s dealership for service.
