Bill was my advisor. Came in with less than 23000 miles on my car and got an estimate of $3700. Then the comment of this is a luxury car expensive to maintain was very condescending and it’s makes an assumption that I was not use to luxury when in fact is not the case. I don’t know what my next car is but when I can’t trust after I buy the car that I would be treated fairly and with respect it won’t be your establishment. He helped me tremendously on saving costs and helped me with a warranty issue that I would have no idea how to handle. He was very sincere and honest. Advisor was great but the dealership in itself is terrible. Had my vehicle in for minor maintenance and a check engine light on. They put me in a rental car, first of all if I drive a Land Rover, I terrible. Had my vehicle in for minor maintenance and a check engine light on. They put me in a rental car, first of all if I drive a Land Rover, I expect a loaner especially when you are keeping my car there for about 10 days. The rental car was terrible, needed alignment and was not a sound vehicle. I called the service manager at dealership and he promised to swap the rental as soon as one was available which he said would be the same day or worst case next day. He did not call me back at all and I called him back after waiting a few days twice and he never had the courtesy to call me back- TERRIBLE! More
