I traded in my old car for a newer one and transferred my existing plates. It has now been 7 months, and I still haven’t received the title. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get answers, and my bank has been trying to reach the dealership for 6 months. This is completely unacceptable. I’m still hoping this issue can be resolved without having to take legal action. More
Several issues. I made an appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday and nobody even looked at the car until Thursday afternoon (after I requested to hear back from a manag I made an appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday and nobody even looked at the car until Thursday afternoon (after I requested to hear back from a manager if it wasn’t by that timeframe). Why did I make an appointment???? After 6 days in the shop i requested a loaner. Which was promptly made available to me. I had to sign your rental agreement and provide my license, insurance information and a credit card. Upon returning the car to you, I requested a receipt that the car was returned, there was no damage, and it was filled with gas and no further charges were incurred. I was told you run a reputable business and this was a non standard request. It took a manager to provide that receipt. There were several other issues and the communication was poor.
