When I made the appointment, I was told I would have to wait for the car. When at the appointment I was told I needed a loaner as it was going to be 3 -4 hours. This is the third time I had to get an outside loaner. When we purchased a car at Hinsdale, they told us that they will come pick the car up at our house and leave a loaner.
