It took the dealership 7 days to repair my LR4. Expected the service to be completed on Wed, then Thursday, then Friday, only to receive a phone call at 5pm on Friday indicating a part had to be o Expected the service to be completed on Wed, then Thursday, then Friday, only to receive a phone call at 5pm on Friday indicating a part had to be overnighted. They were unable to complete a simple emissions test. They returned the car filthy dirty, They offered no loaner car during the ordeal. One simple task was to replace the license plate bracket, which they did, and did not return the license plate to the car. Changed the oil, and neglected to reset the “Service Required” indicator. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I expected, on the basis of LandRover Austin, and LandRover Kansas City, much more. More
