The worst dealer, customer service in the world. We bought 2 Jaguars in 2022, one XF and one F type. Even the purchasing process was a nightmare. Then we had the first problems with the XF, we had t We bought 2 Jaguars in 2022, one XF and one F type. Even the purchasing process was a nightmare. Then we had the first problems with the XF, we had to struggle for them to cure. Then in August a major part just broke, nearly killing the whole family. This was a major default we discovered was known by the brand and dealer. Since then, everything is bad on the car. It has already costed us more than the purchase price: it was just a rotten car, they knew about it, and nobody answer. Criminals More
