Coming up on the two year anniversary since I purchased my jaguar F pace. Diane and Sebastian have consistently been phenomenal as far as customer service. As of late, I’ve been working more and more with Sebastian and will continue to request to primarily work with him. Customer service is a very big thing for me and it’s the main reason why I chose to go with a luxury brand as opposed to something more affordable.

Diane has been my Service Advisor at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale for years now. she has always provided first class service and assistance. She keeps me apprised of findings and service plans and estimated costs so there are no surprises. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive from her and Jaguar Fort Lauderdale, She is a great asset and credit to their organization.
