Jaguar Fort Lauderdale

Last week Wednesday I bought a used Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe. I went from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale to buy the car. I bought the car, but when I got to i95 engine light came on. I immediately returned and left the vehicle for service. The staff at the service told me that the defective parts would be replaced and my vehicle would be delivered to me without any problems. I delivered the vehicle to the service and after 5 days when they said that my vehicle was repaired, I went to get my vehicle again with my whole family. I get my vehicle, went to i95, engine lights turned on again and had to deliver my vehicle to the service again. They sold it to me without repairing the vehicle's malfunction. The service vehicle said it was repaired, but my vehicle is still has a malfunction and I still cannot use it. More

Service Department does not honor maintenance agreement *Update, on 04/26/19, I spoke with General Manager Bob Vallone who quickly arranged to have the yearly maintenance conducted on my Jaguar. On 04/23/19, I took my 2017 Jaguar F Pace to the Jaguar Fort Lauderdale dealership for scheduled yearly maintenance and was told that it will cost me $500!! I explained that this yearly service is covered for 6 years of 50,000 miles. They promptly replied that the yearly maintenance must occur during your anniversary month that you purchased the vehicle!! I have never heard of such a thing. Considering that this vehicle was just at there location for mechanical service on 10/18 with 24k miles and then on 04/19 with 25k miles....and this service was NOT conducted on either of these dates!! I had to take my Jaguar to a local garage down the road and pay $100 for an oil change although I paid Jaguar $80,000.00 for a vehicle that was supposed to include yearly maintenance for 6 years!! Getting them to fix what they broke was an even bigger hassle. Robert Irvine, the service advisor, was unresponsive, ineffective and non apologetic. I've got some advice for this advisor, find another job. Maybe there's a log out there that needs another bump! More

I put up with it because I like the car, BUT Alpine service is so cumbersome to work with I'm seriously thinking of getting a different car. It's been this way for two years and not much has changed since the AutoNation acquisition. My client adviser is hard to reach and actually has yet to return my call. Car usually not ready when needed. Overall this dealership is a big letdown for the brand. The experience at Audi is far better. Also they recently changed towing providers to AAA with practically zero training. I had to stop one of the drivers from trying to drag my car onto the bed. He had no idea how to put the car in neutral or how to properly hook it. Please don't let this happen to you. Jags have an aluminum frame and hooking them from the bottom can total the car or cause serious damage. More

Not only do I feel ripped off .. Let's see , I had just trucked my car in from Vegas I usually go to Gaudin Jag which is now closed down and Range Rover took over , I've been going to Let's see , I had just trucked my car in from Vegas I usually go to Gaudin Jag which is now closed down and Range Rover took over , I've been going to a great place in lake LV to do my car , but since I moved to Florida I needed a new place and I dont know any good places yet so I thought well at least I'll go to Jag , let's say I think they ripped me off just seemed way to expensive, I could go on but limited space on here , but the guy I worked on my car was hitting my door against a wall all the paint was chipped off I could tell it was all powdery in that area where the door locks I'm like really !!! and they washed my car like crap when I got it back , anyway even though they got some after market part it was still expensive and took a week . When I got two other quotes in Vegas they were significantly less , if I could only find a good place in Fort L that is trust worthy for all my car needs , dealers are rip offs , More
