All doors and trunk could no longer be locked or opened with the key fob. Instead the metal emergency key could be used only on the drivers door for access after the others were locked from within. After approximately a week we were told that the problem was a chip in the onboard computer that required replacement. However chips came in from overseas and therefore we would have to wait for months until they arrived. Finally decided to try the service department at West Palm Beach Jag. Within a few hours the next business day we received a call that they found out what the problem was; the gas cap door would not close and secure properly thereby preventing all other doors from closing. Unbelievable! Pathetic service at Fort Lauderdale. Worst I've ever experienced in the automotive industry. Anyone requiring fast, professional, exacting diagnostics should go to West Palm Beach Jag. The absolute Best. In closing Alpine quoted over $3000.00 and WPB charged less then $700. I rest my case!!!!! More
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to purchase a used corvette from this dealership and I was lied to from the beginning. First I was told that the car was going in for routine maintenance before a used corvette from this dealership and I was lied to from the beginning. First I was told that the car was going in for routine maintenance before i went in so I waited two days and guess what not even the oil was changed. The car was also washed and detailed before I arrived well guess what! It wasn’t touched at all. As I closed the deal, two guys came to pick up the car from the body shop and I questioned them why and they got spooked. I spoke to my salesmen and he lied to me saying that they where lost (they where in the car so how are they lost). Anyway, I closed the deal and the next day when I washed my new car because the car detailer did a horrible job, I find 5-6 massive deep abrasions on the front bumper of the car that was not there when I did my initial walk through and test drive. Now I have a car with scratches and requires maintenance. Very trust worthy dealer here ladies and gents! Stay away!!!! Update! After speaking to the Manager on 7/14/2021, they have decided to fix my imperfections and no cost. I will be taking the vehicle back for the paint and body work with a full detail once again. Car was picked up in 7/24/2021 and bumper was painted and it looks good but now the torque tube has a grinding rattling noise. Took it to an Autonation Chevy to get it fixed and now they state that I have no warranty after buying the car 3 weeks ago. Attention everyone!!! That 184638393939 point inspection they claim on proffered used vehicles is a lie! Bob Vallone the general manager has now stopped responding to my emails once I told him that Chevy Autonation would not cover the cost. No one wants to help and apparently I bought a clunker 2017 corvette from the Jaguar dealer! Do not buy here stay away!!!!!!! Update again! 8/20/21 I have my car back after much back and forth between the two automation dealers (Jaguar and Chevy) my car was fixed and zero cost but I should have not been sold a car with defects if it passed inspections. I was asked to change my review by the store manager Bob Vallone and I will not but I will add to my review that he did make sure I was taken care of but it was at my expense of driving up to Fort Lauderdale back and forth 6 times which if the inspection was done correctly the first time then we wouldn’t have this issue. Do your research and check the vehicles multiple times before purchasing. Best of luck to you all. Updates again! 9/4/21 So I went out to dinner and I noticed that I had a bubble in the same spot where my bumper had deep gauges that the dealer fixed and painted. The dealer did a horrible job. The paint is blistering already and it’s only been a month and a half since I purchased the car. Horrible service. I think I rathe live with it then leave the car again in the care of this dealership. Zero trust in this dealership. Don’t ever considering using this dealer for anything!!!! More
My 2019 Jaguar F-Pace is a lemon. Has been in 2 service departments over 50+ days. I was told I spilled liquid in my cup holder and that liquid was the reason my car stopped working. Plus, I’ve has issues with my push button starts since 500 miles. Service returned my car to me with my back console not out back into place. They are 💯 incompetent. I was advised to lie to JLR corporate about the liquid situation. Why would I do that? GM Bob willing to help me until JLR denied my 2nd buyback claim. This car came from a different dealer but the issues are still not fixed. I wouldn’t buy or service your car there unless you prefer dishonesty. More

The level of incompetence and unknowledgeable staff was rather disturbing. For what should be more of a "luxury" experience is actually a colossal waste of time. Last week Wednesday I bought a used Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe. I went from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale to buy the car. I bought the car, but when I got to i95 engine light came on. I immediately returned and left the vehicle for service. The staff at the service told me that the defective parts would be replaced and my vehicle would be delivered to me without any problems. I delivered the vehicle to the service and after 5 days when they said that my vehicle was repaired, I went to get my vehicle again with my whole family. I get my vehicle, went to i95, engine lights turned on again and had to deliver my vehicle to the service again. They sold it to me without repairing the vehicle's malfunction. The service vehicle said it was repaired, but my vehicle is still has a malfunction and I still cannot use it. More
