The servicing appointment system is efficient with lots of reminders. The service itself was fine well but I had to wait at the facility over 2 hours ( even declining the car wash). Dropped car off for tire repair/ replace. Had to wait 20+ minutes since only 1 service writer working on Monday after Easter. Service writer, Taiwo, was very friendly and professional.
