Diane made me feel appreciated as a Jaguar customer. I have had a very difficult time getting thru to them on the phone. I don’t know whether it is because of their recent move to a new location or because they are understaffed. When I do each someone I get all of my questions answered beautifully. Since I picked my car up my Internet service has stopped working. I did get a return phone call to explain about my outdated Sim card. The transition took place while the car was in the possession of the dealership. That means that I drove in with all of that working perfectly and left without being able to use my Bluetooth or even my Waze app in the car. I am hoping that someone will be available to help me make that work. I feel like it was a disservice that occurred that I noticed as I was driving out of the dealership at closing time. My proximity this dealership makes it such that I hope to have an ongoing relationship with them where I can count on good service. Diane made me feel appreciated as a loyal Jaguar customer. More
