If it wasn’t for Jose Mena, I would have rated the service a 1. The new facility is beautiful, however, the Service Center an operational mess; how do the “wheels can fall off” from a move? Ed Bianchi and Bob Vallone helped me with my purchase. I was very impressed that they gave me the list price for the car with none of the scarcity pricing I’ve read about.
