The service tech (Neil) was not only courteous and helpful, but also stepped in to speed up the process for my getting the loaner car when the person in charge of loaners was backed up. They charged me over $200. 00 to replace the windshield wiper blades! The service advisor is obviously being paid on commission. Also included was $20.00 for shop supplies. I was told that certain repairs were necessary when they were not needed. I asked them to check my breaks and was told that the Rear Brake Discs and Pads needed replaces $1,047.94. Since they had my car fo were not needed. I asked them to check my breaks and was told that the Rear Brake Discs and Pads needed replaces $1,047.94. Since they had my car for over a week and nothing had been done yet, I picked up my car and took it someplace else. I had the breaks checked again and was told everything is fine. I'm not even halfway through the pads. I really miss Alpine Jaguar. Their service department was amazing. Even though they merged with the dealership on Copans, it's not the same. I always felt very taken care of and could trust what they told me. More
