5 stars for Alfred Pagliaro. Zero for Jose Mena. I only gave 5 stars due to the decency and professionalism shown by Alfred so I didn't want this as a reflectionof him. But the Zero for Jose Mena. The service tech (Neil) was not only courteous and helpful, but also stepped in to speed up the process for my getting the loaner car when the person in charge of loaners was backed up. They charged me over $200. 00 to replace the windshield wiper blades! The service advisor is obviously being paid on commission. Also included was $20.00 for shop supplies.
