Finally we came to a compromise on prices and the deal was set..All negotiated over the phone and through e-mails, as we live in Oklahoma City. ..Brad represented the car well and was my eyes and ears on the ground..we trusted him and he didn't let us down.. I decided to go to the dealership that evening and met with Brad and he let my partner test drive the vehicle and we were in and out with the paperwork completed within 1 hour. Upon arrival to finalize the paperwork and take delivery of the car the process went very smoothly and exactly as negotiated. There were no surprises. Afterward Brad took approx 30 to 45 minutes to go over every feature on the car to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even synced my Phone with the car for me! He had a copy of the car fax waiting for me at the time of my appointment. He was thoughful and knowledgeable about the car and all the details I needed to know.
