The purchase experience was good. The service there is horrendous. On top of them no knowing anything about the Lotus' they sell, my wife was told--while I was out of town--to have a $500 service done th horrendous. They stole a brand new Bosch Icon windshield wiper and replaced it with a terrible, cheap piece of junk that smears. When I call, they put me to Roy's voicemail even though he's there. He won't call back and they won't let me talk to a manager. Total scam! More

I had been driving a 2009 BMW 535i and wanted something new. I looked online at the Jaguar XF's and just dropped in there on a Saturday Morning and walked in. Will Haynes introduced himself and I told hi new. I looked online at the Jaguar XF's and just dropped in there on a Saturday Morning and walked in. Will Haynes introduced himself and I told him what I wanted and gave him the keys to my car to have it appraised. He showed me the car I was interested in, a 2012 Jaguar XF with the 5.0 engine. Will had great product knowledge and was able to show me how to do certain things with the car that I had previously done with my BMW as he had prior BMW experience. We took the car for a drive and I was amazed at the acceleration and the quietness and the ride. When we arrived back at the dealership he presented the initial numbers. I then met with Daniel Syvrud and we struck a deal. Mr. Cotroneo had my paperwork ready shortly and by that time the car had been washed and ready to go. While the car was being washed, Mr. Haynes already had another customer and was selling a car to them at the same time. He was truly a good salesperson. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I've had the new car now for about a month and it still puts a smile on my face when I step on the accelerator. More

I found several luxury automobiles but the lack of luster on sports car side was not what I would accept. Finally, I saw the jaguar XLS and found myself walking around this car several times and taken back by the styling and sleekness of the vehicle. I contacted Jaguar of Plano and set an appointment with A.J. I work in a professional environment in a corporate world. I was truly taken back by the Professionalism that A.J. demonstrated . From start to finish A.J. applied no pressure and answered all of questions and was very knowledgeable about the XLS. Overall, I have been very impressed with the dealership and all the staff that I have encounterd. I have had several luxury automobiles in the past. The XJL has more features and a better finish than anything I have ever owned. I have been stopped twice while while filling up with gas and asked "could they take a picture of my car"" How often does that happen when you drive a sedan!!! A.J.
