As a rule I dislike auto dealers because they are secretive about pricing and usually applied heavy sales pressure tactics. After 20 years with the same car I decided a new car was in order. My choice was with either a Toyota or Honda priced under $20k. I stopped at the Jaffarian Volvo Toyota in Haverhill and was greeted warmly the sales personnel. I described the features and color along with the city/highway MPG. The sales representative listened very carefully and directed me to two Toyota models of which I test drove. My choice was the Toyota Yaris it fit my personality and had everything I was looking for in a new car. So far I just love the looks, feel, and comfort of this car. I'd recommend this vehicle to anyone. Also, I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone for both sales and service. More

Sales manager Sarkis and business manager Michael were polite, professional and efficient. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Monteforte, as he was as friendly and attentive at delivery, as he was during the sale. Jaffarian provided a very comfortable purchase environment and the overall experience exceeded that of many dealerships that I had visted.
