Jaffarian Toyota

I live in Malden MA not close to dealership at all and was refered to it by a friend. I absolutely would return and refer others to make the trip for a vehicle.... I visited around 5-6 other dealerships b was refered to it by a friend. I absolutely would return and refer others to make the trip for a vehicle.... I visited around 5-6 other dealerships before landing here it was by far the best and fastest experience I had no playing games right to the point.Not to mention such a friendly environmemt!!! There should be more then 5 to choose from for all I give an exellent!!!!Well except Quality of work because I have not been there yet for any work to be done. More

A week or so ago, I was in the showroom looking at new vehicles and speaking with a sales person and suddenly, Mr. Jaffarian was in his office lifting and dropping his desk and yelling obscenities at a co vehicles and speaking with a sales person and suddenly, Mr. Jaffarian was in his office lifting and dropping his desk and yelling obscenities at a couple of his employees. I was apalled with his behavior. When I returned to the dealership this week to gather more information on the vehicle I was considering, AGAIN, Mr. Jaffarian was in the showroom area shouting at an employee. In August, I was back and forth to Jaffarian service department to have my 2002 TOYOTA RAV4 catalyst convertor fixed. My RAV4 had 217,000 miles on it. So I while I was there, I figured I would walk arou department to have my 2002 TOYOTA RAV4 catalyst convertor fixed. My RAV4 had 217,000 miles on it. So I while I was there, I figured I would walk around the dealership. Carl T. Ries, salesperson, came up to me with a warming smile on his face. We discuss the possibility of replacing my RAV4. I told him that I could not afford a new car. I told him to contact me when something comes up that is in my price range. On August 13, Carl told me to come in for a test drive on the Nissan Rouge that I eventually purchase. I just want to say that he was very informative and listen to my needs. He did not push me into purchasing a new car knowing that I am a single mom and can't afford a new car. On August 24, I went into pickup my car. Carl had my car clean, wash and ready for me. It also so happen that August 24 was my three year anniversay of my kidney transplant. I am very please with Carl's professionalism and work ethic.
