Carl Reis was wonderful. We had absolutely no problems with him or the finance man that we worked with. However, there were several other employees that were rude to both my husband and myself. One of you with him or the finance man that we worked with. However, there were several other employees that were rude to both my husband and myself. One of your general managers was BEYOND arrogant when he and I were talking "numbers" for my trade in. He acted as if he was better than myself and my mother. THe words that came out of his mouth were totally unacceptable. My husband is an air traffic controller and he NEVER announces his title (as your general manager did) in a condescending manner, as if to say that he was smarter and somehow better. When we cam to pick our purchased vehicle up on Monday we were corralled downstairs with our child, as if it wasnt acceptable to wait for our vehicle in the main lobby area. In fact, someone kept putting their hands on my husbands back as if pushing to take our child downstairs. Our dog was waiting in the car and we were on a time for my husband to get back to work. Our entire packet of information on the car was taken from us during this time and my husband was on the phone with our insurance trying to insure the new vehicle. When I asked someone where our car was and our paperwork, he kindly went upstairs to help us out. Two minutes later I went upstairs myself and he was telling another employee that we were being "pains in the asses." He didnt know I was standing right there. And lastly, as we were standing outside your shop, one employee was telling another employee how terrible a car had just come back from a lease. And began ranting and raving about was terrible driver they must have been and how "stupid" they must have been to bring the car back in that condition. I thought my experience at Jaffarian would be exceptional. However, it was anything but. Many of your employees need to learn to talk "shop" behind closed doors and remember that it is your customers that keep you in business. Unfortunately we will never be using your services again and I will make sure to let my family and friends know of my experience. More

We have purchased other vehicles at Jaffarian and they were are first choice when we decided to purchase a new vehicle. We had intended to 'look only' but the personnel were so easy to work with we decide were are first choice when we decided to purchase a new vehicle. We had intended to 'look only' but the personnel were so easy to work with we decided to go with our first instinct. The price they offered was acceptable to us and a deal was struck.
