The salesman lied, he said he would reduce the document fee but did not. He added fees that were not discussed. The finance manager changed the monthly payments from 72 months to 75 months and did not tel fee but did not. He added fees that were not discussed. I was told it would be paid for by dealership. No money was ever refunded. All people involved no longer work there. Do not buy a car from Jacob’s Mitsubishi in Wesley Chapel. Crooks!!! Over $2,000 was falsely added to the price of the vehicle and I was not shown this updated document at signing. Nor the final price of the car. Only shown that my monthly payments would be less than $500 bc I said that’s the only way I could buy the vehicle. They took me for the sap I was. Who would have thought they would extend my number of monthly payments and not tell me???? More
