My recent encounter with Jacobs Mitsubishi and its so-called manager, Jeison, has left me utterly disheartened and questioning my sanity for ever stepping foot into that snake pit. Let's start with Jeison, the epitome of unprofessionalism and conniving behavior. It's like dealing with a used car salesman straight out of a horror movie. His only skill seems to be extracting hard-earned money from unsuspecting customers while providing a level of service that borders on criminal. Now, onto the cherry on top of this calamity—the 2023 Cadillac CT5 I had the misfortune of purchasing two months ago. The only thing more frequent than my visits to the dealership has been the number of times this lemon has been in the shop. It's as if they handed me a defective prototype instead of a brand-new car. From mysterious engine issues to inexplicable electrical malfunctions, every drive in my so-called "new" Cadillac is a nail-biting experience. Two months into ownership, and my prized possession has spent more time on the service bay than on the road. Thanks, Jeison, for selling me a lemon and ruining the joy of owning a new car. My advice? Stay as far away from Jacobs Mitsubishi as humanly possible. Jeison's brand of management is a masterclass in how not to run a dealership. Save yourself the agony, the financial loss, and the frustration. Jacobs Mitsubishi is a sinking ship, and I, unfortunately, am one of the poor souls trapped on board with a malfunctioning Cadillac nightmare. More
