The overall experience was sub optimal, from communication to delivery. I asked that the car be detailed, it was still dirty with debris in the console and in the corners. Basic lack of attention to some fairly items: they said the oil was changed but the maintenance tag was not removed from the prior dealership. I wonder if they did any work at all. I’ve been dealing with the same issue since the purchase of the car in July. The issue is still not resolved and it doesn’t seem like they will do what they promised.
