I was very please with Jacob's Mitsubishi. They were easy to work with and they answered all my questions. I’ve been dealing with the same issue since the purchase of the car in July. The issue is still not resolved and it doesn’t seem like they will do what they promised. Also when picking my car up after leaving it there for four weeks there was overspray covering the entire car. No one ever has a solid answer. There’s so much more. There may be a few honest people there but I’m gonna say not many. More

It has been a few weeks with no response from this dealership,2 weeks without a reply from the General Manager. I purchased a 2018 Navigator from them, and within 4-5 hours the issues arouse, I immedi dealership,2 weeks without a reply from the General Manager. I purchased a 2018 Navigator from them, and within 4-5 hours the issues arouse, I immediately notified the salesperson and manager about the issues. They refused to address the issues and or not feel they need to be fixed. I did not drive the vehicle until after the sale, but did inform the sales consultant of the issues. He told me mgr. stated to bring in on a Monday. I did so and I got major run around and then told the Sales manager did not want to take care of the issues. The tires wobble, needs a cam phaser update or repair, steering of the vehicle pulls severely as if the brakes weren't completed to full scope. I will send another email to the GM. I must say,this is not what I expected FROM THIS PLACE! No follow up,the running and hiding from a serious issue as if they are waiting for the used car warranty to expire. I will wait until Thursday morning for any type of response before I escalate this further. More
