I was sold an SUV for $10,000 that ended up needing $7,000 worth of repairs. within a month and a half half of having the car, it was already breaking down, I brought the car back to the dealer and was $7,000 worth of repairs. within a month and a half half of having the car, it was already breaking down, I brought the car back to the dealer and was told beforehand that they would cover it for me and then ended up charging me. They didn’t try and help me out in anyway, Archie was great but everyone else is completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

The overall experience was sub optimal, from communication to delivery. I asked that the car be detailed, it was still dirty with debris in the console and in the corners. Still there even aft communication to delivery. I asked that the car be detailed, it was still dirty with debris in the console and in the corners. Still there even after I asked a second time. Basic lack of attention to some fairly items: they said the oil was changed but the maintenance tag was not removed from the prior dealership. I wonder if they did any work at all. Unfortunately this seems typical for dealerships. More
