I enjoyed working with Bailey as Well as Sandy Diaz. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They would rate a 5 for me. The only drawback I have is from dealing with Jeremy Pohl. He or the They were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They would rate a 5 for me. The only drawback I have is from dealing with Jeremy Pohl. He or the dealership added a $275.00 pre maintenance fee which I did ask for, did not want and did not negotiate. I said no to all the other things, ie gap insurance and extended warranty, etc. I also was not told that there was only one key fob. If I had not driven 432 miles, rented a car and hotel room. I would have walked away from the deal. I waited a week to take this survey to think on my experience and That's why I give the dealership a 3 . I, also want to reiterate The sales people are a 5. I am also speaking with the Florida Dept of Consumer Protection agency. More
