I wish that I had asked before leaving, your team for a mechanical inspection report, especially regarding the Tires and brakes. This should be given to all used car buyers so that they can plan future maintenance costs. The mechanical report that I was sent was illegible, so I am still in the dark about the mechanical issues noted during the inspection. I kind of wished Pavel, would have handled our finance paperwork, he seemed sincere about ensuring we were given the best interest rate available because our credit history was worthy of a lower rate. The other guy seemed as though he was irritated because we refused the 8+% rate initially offered. More

Good staff. My only issue was I was never told about having 1 key... No response from management after being told they will get back to me. Sales managers not so much. I expressed my concerns about only having 1 key being an owner operator. I even went as far to see how much would cost me. It wasn't richard I spoke to a other manager about this. I was told we can work something out. Still reaching out to Adrianna and nothing. Extremely disappointed. I think buying a 2023 promaster for 50,000 you would think you'd be informed prior about not having a second key instead of knowing upon delivery. I believe his name was Ray the manager. More
