I am very upset we traded in a F 150 and were told it would be payed off, what was owed on time since they had 16 days before the payment was due. And now it is 26 days and has not been payed off yet. I would be payed off, what was owed on time since they had 16 days before the payment was due. They were having some difficulty with a new computer system in the finance dept and so it took a good couple of hours to purchase the car which we are not used to.
