I took my car in for an engine problem and 40,000 mile maintenance. The engine was under warranty and they replaced it, however they did not give me a loner car or reimburse me anything for my rental car maintenance. The engine was under warranty and they replaced it, however they did not give me a loner car or reimburse me anything for my rental car (which was expensive because it took them weeks to replace the engine). When I picked up my car, it had a dead battery, so they obviously never checked that. Who knows what else they charged me for but didn’t actually check for the maintenance service. Then, my car started making a weird noise so I took it back. They charged me again to diagnose the problem (even though I was literally just there) and said I needed something replaced…they didn’t notice that before? idk. Again had to get a rental car for a few days, and again they didn’t help pay for it. I’ll be going to the Kia in Wilmington from now on. More
Do not offer bottle water or complimentary car wash like other dealerships. People was nice and professional. Initial visit to look at the car was fine, but after purchase vehicle pickup was poor at best. Do to personal conflicts we could not pickup the car until the following week, but after several contacts d purchase vehicle pickup was poor at best. Do to personal conflicts we could not pickup the car until the following week, but after several contacts during that week no seemed to know we were coming to get the vehicle when we showed up. Took them several minutes to locate the car on the lot, it had not been cleaned as promised, gas tank was on empty vs. full as promised, small cosmetic repair had been done, tow hitch was not installed, and lastly they had not taken care of an open vehicle recall item that i had discussed with them when we purchased the vehicle. Don't think we'll be using them again. More
